Late check-out until 06.00 PM will be charge 50 % of room rate
Late check-out after 06.00 PM will be charge one day room rate
High Season Surcharge :
- 15 June 2013 – 15 September2013 USD.15 net/room/night or Rp. 150.000,- net/room/night
- 21 December 2013 – 28 December 2013 USD.30 net/room/night or Rp. 300.000,- net/room/night
- 29 December 2013 – 2 January 2014 USD.50 net/room/night or Rp. 500.000,- net/room/night.

Family Plan

No additional charge for children under the age of 12 years occupying the same room as their parents and requiring no additional bed, 50 % off for breakfast

Deposit

One night room charge to guarantee reservation by credit card
Payment should be made before departure, either by Indonesian Rupiah or US Dollar based on the current exchange rates.
Payment by credit card : Visa Card and Master Card will be add 3%
Low Season : One Night non refundable deposit is require for the booking guarantee.
High Season & Peak Season: Full payment must be received before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation less than 7 days in low season, 14 days in high season, or 21 days in peak season before arrival date or no show will incur 1 night room charge. No refund for guest check out earlier than booking arrangement.
