Family Plan

No additional charge for children under the age of 12 years occupying the same room as their parents and requiring no additional bed, 50 % off for breakfast

Deposit

One night room charge to guarantee reservation by credit card
Payment should be made before departure, either by Indonesian Rupiah or US Dollar based on the current exchange rates.
Payment by credit card : Visa Card and Master Card will be add 3%
Low Season : One Night non refundable deposit is require for the booking guarantee.
High Season & Peak Season: Full payment must be received before arrival.

Low Season (1 April 2010 – 14 June 2010, 20 July 2010 – 3 Sept 2010, 20 Sept 2010 – 19 Dec 2010, 6 January 2011 – 31 March 2011 )
Cancellation within 7 days – one night charge
High Season (15 June 2010 – 19 July 2010, 4 – 19 September 2010)
Cancellation within 14 days – one night charge
Peak Season ( 20 Dec 2010 – 6 Jan 2011)
Cancellation within 21 days – one night charge
